To further the project's success, we are inviting companies and organizations to join in with our plans. Most of the project's requirements can be met by ourselves but there are so many ways in which we can push beyond our more basic ambitions.
In return for assistance or donations we would include your name, logo or other graphic in all future publicity material, whether physical or on the internet.
We also have two trucks with space available for sponsors' logos and there is a chance to incorporate banners and other publicity material in the exhibitions themselves - the point being that any images of our activities in the media should include your company's name automatically.
As an ongoing exhibition we will be actively generating publicity and working with news groups on a global scale - we'll give you information about this and about our current activities and location.
We can also, by arrangement, provide photos or short video clips of the trucks, the travelling, our community projects and the exhibitions themselves, with prominent display of your logo, for your company to use as it wishes.
We are very confident that Earthcircuit can be a spectacular achievement - people across the world will experience and learn something of all our cultures, proving that there are many more links than divisions between us. We look forward to establishing your company as a partner in this success.
Our plans are well advanced and on time: In one month we stage the first of our exhibitions, another month and we begin the process to get the visas with a final month prior to departure testing out the trucks and equipment and saying goodbye.
